Support that meets people where they are.

Innovative support for our community’s most vulnerable — designed to empower individuals and foster lasting, positive change through housing, mentorship and personal development.

Our flagship

H3 Hall

Safe transitional housing and mentorship for homeless youth aged 18–24.

H3 HALL is our flagship transitional housing program. It stands as the cornerstone of our commitment to homeless youth aged 18–24, offering them a life-changing opportunity for a brighter future. To be eligible for H3 HALL, individuals must be actively enrolled in either our employment or education programs, ensuring a holistic approach to their growth and success. Once accepted, participants gain access to a welcoming 4-bedroom co-ed dormitory — a tight-knit community within our supportive living environment, where a total of 12 beds await those in need.

How to join H3 Hall

Employment Program

Mock interviews, résumés, interview attire and real job connections.

Our Employment Program is tailored to individuals seeking to secure employment. We recognize that getting a job takes more than submitting applications, so we provide guidance on mock interviews, résumé building and appropriate interview attire. We actively connect participants with job opportunities in the community, and we offer ongoing support and mentorship throughout the job search, so participants have the guidance and encouragement they need at every step.

Mentoring

Experienced mentors who help youth become architects of their own futures.

Central to the ethos of Snipes H3 is our mentoring program, where wisdom meets aspiration. Our mentors inspire participants to see beyond their circumstances and cultivate a mindset geared towards solutions, resilience and personal agency. By equipping our youth with problem-solving skills and a forward-thinking outlook, we encourage them not to remain bound by their past but to become architects of their own futures.

High School Completion

Daily on-site classes, tutors three days a week, and help into higher education.

In our High School Completion Program, participants are enrolled in high school and actively pursuing their diploma, with GED completion considered case by case. On-site classes are mandatory and daily attendance is required. On-site tutors are available Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for personalized help, and we offer enrollment assistance for higher education so participants can keep advancing toward their goals.

Life Skills Training

Budgeting, saving, cooking, time management and communication.

Our Life Skills Training Program equips individuals with the essential skills for successful adult life. Interactive sessions cover budgeting, saving and navigating the financial world, alongside job readiness training in résumé development and interview techniques. Everyday life management — time management, healthy cooking and effective communication — is an integral part of the curriculum.

Community Empowerment

Advocacy and resources for anyone in our community who needs them.

Our commitment extends well beyond the residents of our facility. Through our Community Empowerment Program we provide advocacy and resources to individuals across our broader community, whether or not they are experiencing homelessness. Many people face challenges with mental health, substance use, housing and employment; our team is here to bridge the gap and connect you with the support you need on the way to improved well-being, recovery, stable housing and meaningful employment.
